1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your delivery.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Homeflux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Contact@Homeflux.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Homeflux is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at Contact@Homeflux.com.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@Homeflux.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
